Molding & Plastic

Shell Production

For new projects, we should start with designing, mold making, and finally producing, for existing models, we just need to prepare materials and produce directly.

PCBA

This is the most important step that makes the products functional, we have advanced machinery to achieve automation and maintain quality.

 

A PCB is not yet functional because it does not have the required components in place, while a PCBA is a complete and functional board

Assembly & Inspection

When the external plastic parts and inner PCB are finished, we then proceed with the assembly, at last, we will fully inspect the finished products one by one.

Packing 

Each of our products with a color box and then packed in an outer carton, we also offer different packaging options to suit your needs, like custom inner boxes and pallets depending on the size of your order.

Shipping

We work with top logistic couriers and freight agents allowing us the most competitive transit time and pricing. Generally, the samples, small or urgent orders will be shipped by air freight, and the bulk order will be shipped by sea to save shipping costs.
